Our traditional enamel roasting pan with its typical two handles and lid is also available in a small square version for small households. Like her big sister, she brings back memories of grandma's Sunday roast pork from the "Bratenreindl" (Austrian term for cookware).

With this roasting pan with lid you have an ideal roaster with which you can stew meat for hours. The lid closes perfectly thanks to the fold in the lower part of the roaster and is also equipped with two handles. It is highly recommended to use an oven mitt when removing. In the form, the roast can then be cut without any problems. After the meal, the enamel roaster is easy to clean.

The enamel preserves the flavors and the lid doesn't let the liquid escape. And best of all - with this piece you also have two baking tins in one fell swoop: if you don't need the lid, the roasting tin lid itself can be used as an additional baking and roasting tin.

Enamel is a material made of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures.
