Opinel mushroom knife made of beech wood, rustproof

This knife was specially developed by Opinel for collecting and preparing mushrooms.

Mushroom skinning is easy with the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back.

At the end of the handle, made of natural-coloured, lacquered beech wood, there is a brush made of wild boar bristles, which can be used to easily brush off dirt from the mushrooms.
