Knife sharpening couldn't be easier:
The grinding angle is already specified by the three double grinding wheels, so you can't go wrong here!
The coarse-grit wheels eliminate nicks and score marks on the blade.
For the subsequent coarse grinding, the knife is pulled through the medium-grit wheels a few times, and the fine-grit wheels then do the finishing work.
Suitable for Japanese knives from Global and also for European knives.
Length about 23cm
When worn, the grinding wheels can be reordered separately.
