Pizza stone, round Ø 30cm

Bake pizza like the Italians! This round pizza stone including a frame made of refractory cordierite ceramic from Küchenprofi ensures that the pizza base is baked wonderfully crispy, while the topping stays nice and crunchy. To do this, the pizza stone is heated in the oven for 10-15 minutes so that it removes the moisture from the dough during baking. The stone is also very suitable for the preparation of tarte flambée, bread or yeast pastries.
