The casserole has the classic straight shape and two enamel handles. There are three sizes in total.
The lids of the cooking pots lie well on the pot and act as energy monitors: as soon as the pot lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the cooker, it can be switched off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, since enamel retains the heat for a long time. Therefore, we strongly recommend using pot holders to lift the saucepans and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm. The rim of the casserole is finished with a sturdy chrome rim.
The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel crockery will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
The meat pot is a high saucepan and therefore ideal for cooking large quantities with a lot of liquid, starting with soups, soup meat such as boiled fillet, stews, stews, noodles, vegetables, potatoes and much more.
