Le Creuset 12 cannelé mould, non-stick
The 12 cannelé form ensures the authentic French baking experience at home. The non-stick coated mold was specially developed to bake the specialty from the Bordeaux region. It makes cannelés that are wonderfully airy on the inside and perfectly caramelized on the outside.
Easy to handle thanks to the perfect non-stick coating: the cannelé can be removed very easily after baking and the subsequent cleaning is done in no time at all.
The Le Creuset non-stick baking pans are made of high-carbon steel with an extra reinforced rim so that the pans do not warp during baking. Carbon steel enables optimal and even heat distribution.
